Biography<\/h2>\n

Rotem Perach received his PhD from the University of Kent. He is a social and health psychology researcher whose research interests include sleep, self-regulation, and wellbeing promotion. Dr Perach worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Goldsmiths Sleep Lab and as a teaching fellow in Goldsmiths, University of London. Currently, he is a postdoctoral research fellow in the University of Sussex.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
